Are you, or someone you know, ready to take your business to new heights?  The NMDOT DBE Supportive Services, as part of FHWA requirements, is pursuing to further the development of DBE’s and small businesses in order to enable their ability to compete for projects outside of the DBE program.  This program is called the STAR Accelerator Program!!!  All businesses who embark on the FREE 14-week journey will work through a developmental and transitional stage with the goal of developing a comprehensive business plan.  This program will address significant topics such as: correcting or improving any financial, managerial, technical, or labor conditions which could potentially prevent participants from receiving project contracts.

Our carefully crafted curriculum was created to ensure that you receive a comprehensive learning experience tailored to your unique business needs.  Additional materials included in the program are weekly online sessions, networking opportunities, a supportive environment, personalized coaching as well as a professionally filmed and edited marketing video that will advertise your business to its fullest potential.
